The Cziffra György Festival is announcing masterclasses in piano, singing, and violin!

Course Dates:

Singing & Piano: March 29-30, 2025, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Violin: April 14-15, 2025, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

📍 Location: Kroó György Music School (1102 Budapest, Szent László tér 34.)

MASTER ACADEMY FACULTY:

Erika Miklósa (Voice) – Kossuth Prize-winning opera singer
Kálmán Dráfi (Piano) – Liszt Ferenc Prize-winning pianist
Kristóf Baráti (Violin) – Kossuth and Liszt Ferenc Prize-winning violinist

Thanks to the Cziffra György Festival initiative and support from the Kőbánya Municipality, participation in the masterclasses is free of charge. Each session lasts 50 minutes, and piano accompaniment is provided for the violin and voice classes.

Selection Process: Participants will be chosen based on a preliminary evaluation of the submitted professional demo recording and CV.

Important Notes:

Accommodation and other expenses are not covered. Several dining options are available near the venue.
The masterclasses are open to the public, and visitors are welcome to attend.
