Nguyen Pham Minh Hoang
Nguyen Pham Minh Hoang was born in 1997, Hanoi, Vietnam. He excellently graduated
from the Intermediate Piano Training System in 2016 at the Vietnam National Academy of
Music under the guidance of Assoc.Prof.Dr.Nguyen Minh Anh and was specially selected for
admission to the Bachelor programme of Piano Performance at Vietnam National Academy
of Music (VNAM). During his study, he was awarded multiple scholarships and grants such
as Toyota Scholarship for Young Vietnamese Music Talents (2014), Yamaha Scholarship for
Excellent Piano Students (2015), and Kumho Asiana Scholarship (2016). In 2018, he began
his bachelor study at the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music, Budapest, Hungary funded by the
Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship. In 2021, he graduated with the degree of Bachelor of
Arts in Performance specialized in Piano (Outstanding qualification) under the guidance of
Prof. Gulyás István and Prof.Jandó Jenő. Currently he is studying Piano in the Master
programme at the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music with Prof. Gulyás István and Prof. Balázs
János.
His major concerts include VNAM Annual Concerts between 2008 and 2016, Japan-Vietnam
Exchange Concert (2014), Yamaha Concert in Hanoi (2015), Joined Concert between VNAM
and Guangxi Institute of Arts (2016), 20th Century Music Concert Series organized by
Goethe Institut Hanoi and Inspirito School of Music (2021/2022).
