Lili Báró

Lili Báró was born in 2003 in Budapest, Hungary. She has been studying and committedly playing the violin for a period of 8 years. She has been attending Kroó AMI musical school, and been educated and mentored by Eszter Füzesséryné Dudás. In 2018 ago she graduated from Harmat Primary School. During the courses of her education period she travelled to Slovakia in 2014, performing in a series of concerts with the school’s choir. On several occasions she was awarded gold and silver level qualifications in traditional hungarian folk singing competitions.

She was a committed member and also concert master of the youth section orchestra of the Kroó AMI until 2017. Since 2016 she has been successfully playing in the first violin section of the Kroó Symphonic Orchestra. She also participated in the orchestra’s Visegrad Group and Erasmus+ programs. Within the programs the orchestra successfully performed several concerts around the world, these were based in Krakow, Prague, Burgas and Sofia. With the orchestra she carried out performances widely acknowledged within Hungary (such as “Múzeumok Éjszakája”, Antré Festival, Müpa- youths concerts and the Chocolate Festival in Szerencs).

 

Master classes: Autumn of 2016 she participated in a solo master class taught by Dr Kalló Zsolt, and she regularly attends his master classes with the Kroó Symphonic Orchestra. Since 2017 she has been attending the annually organised Crescendo Summer Institute where she has gotten a scholarship each year usually educated by Attila Füzesséry violin teacher. Within this institution she has also had the pleasure to work with Delta David Gier, the conductor of the South Dakoten Symphonic Orchestra and guest conductor in the Metropolitan Opera in New York.

 

Competitions: November of 2016 Lili Báró was awarded a bronze medal at the Zoltán Kodály International Violin Competition that took place in Galanta, Slovakia. March and November of 2017 she was awarded a silver qualification taken place within the Kroó Education Competition.
